Life as a labour of love
I believe in storytelling as a regenerative and restorative vessel for experiencing deep belonging, embodiment and healing with the Earth—from the soul.
Story trancends time and space
It travels in a coevolutionary dance through inner and outer ecological, cultural, historical, spiritual and temporal landscapes.
All of my work has been anchored in creating sense of place through story. Sense of place anchors us into our embodied, earth bound, human experience. And yet, sense of place sails out beyond matter. It ripples into our sense of self, shifts the tides of our identity, erodes our ideas of non-belonging, and finally, brings the most miraculous shells and precious pearls to the shores of our lives.

It took leaving to return.
It almost always does. Leaving our skins, selves, stories. Travelling near and far—through the eyes of the heart and the soles of the feet. In the same week that my husband and I bought our first home on a small island we’d never been to, I had a dream. The message was clear: in order to gain it all, you must first lose it all. Know here that I had already been traversing the hot and cold ground of the underworld for three years—and yet, there was more to lose? I had already given up the social title, the fancy job, the upbringing, the community, the familiarity, the direction, the clarity, the future as I'd imagined it.
But, there was more to lose. There always is when there is more to gain.
The strange beauty of becoming is that it requires a reunion with the bones—of who you’ve been, where you are, and what you're remembering. All that we thought made us beautiful, safe and warm must die to unveil the truth of our ancient-future memory. The bones are always all that remain, those artifacts of our heritage that feed the kin yet to come. Getting to the bones is melting down the many masks we wear, watching them slide off and disappear, and then, waiting.
Waiting for the new skin. The old skin. The true skin.
For me, it was returning to the oldest root of myself. Women, land and the stories that bind them.
It began with a desperate google search ‘women gathering in nature’ and meandered into explorations of folk herbalism, ancestral healing, deep ecology, priestess arts, rites of passage and animist lifeways. These are threads I’m weaving with now. I know that once this new skin is compete, so too will be their sacred story within my soul’s great tapestry, and older threads will reveal themselves. I will return to the bones and wait for the needle to stitch me back together again.
If you’re gathering your threads, keep on keeping on. There’s a sky dance happening that we can’t see, but when standing on the old earth, we can feel. So, unravel. And then, let yourself be woven again.
Experience & Offerings
I'm a grounded and inspired storyteller, connector and leader guided by eco-spirituality, feminist theory, matriarchal prehistory, mythology, archetypes, and astrology.
My work is informed by years of project management, creative direction, marketing, communications, and operations behind impactful & entrepreneurial women in hospitality, wellness, and healing arts spaces.
My service is rooted in strategy / storytelling, direction / execution. I see myself as the edge place where rivers and roads meet — merging the liminal and imaginal with the foundational and tangible.
Consulting offerings include creative direction, personal & brand storytelling and aligned growth strategy.
Guiding women like you reveal and rebirth their brands, services and creations into the world brings me deep joy.
What I know for sure is that every time a woman frees herself to be seen by sharing her gifts, Herstory rewrites itself backwards and forwards.
